Main Objectives of the Organization
THE FOLLOWINGS ARE THE Main OBJECTIVES OF SUSTA MANASTHITI BAL BIDHYA MANDIR (SMBBM) ( School For Person With Intellectual Disabled children & Adults )
- To provide appropriate education and training to persons with intellectual disabiled children & adults.
- Help them to adjust in community life harmoniously by providing them practical training and skills.
- To make them (more) independent by teaching them behavioral functions so that they can take care of themselves and become self-reliant.
- To help them to be established by providing them income-generating training and skill.
- To create awareness about intellectual disability in families and in the community.
- To encourage the parents for involvement in the activities of the organization for the rights and the life of dignity of their children.
- To empower parents and volunteers through organizational capacity building to advocate for improved education, health, employment, and living arrangements for persons with intellectual disability.
- To increase public awareness, visibility, and community understanding of persons with an intellectual disability.
- To seek sponsors and funding to assist the development and strengthening of the organization at all levels.
- Encourage the adoption and application of the United Nations Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities and acceptance of the Principles of Inclusion International.
- Fully Implementation of UNCRCP ( United Nations Convention on the rights of a person with disabilities)
- Advocacy for the achievement of a sustainable development goal (SDG).
- Service expantion in differents area of the country .
